APM Introductory Certificate
The APM Introductory Certificate is a two day course that provides delegates with a broad introduction to the concepts of project management. The course will clarify the definition of a project and identify the core principles of project management. The contents of the course are structured to follow a typical project lifecycle – from Concept through Definition and Implementation to Handover & Closeout. It follows the APM Syllabus and focuses on preparing delegates to use project management best practices back in the work environment.
