This course provides Delegates with a broad introduction to the concepts of Project Management. The course will clarify the definition of a project and identify the core principles of Project Management. In relation to the contents of the course, it is structured to follow a typical project lifecycle, from Concept through Definition and Implementation to Handover & Closeout. It follows the APM syllabus and focuses on preparing Delegates to use Project Management best practices back in the work environment

Course Structure |

· 2 day Course
· Course runs 9am – 5:30pm with a break for lunch
· 1 hour, 60 question multiple-choice exam is taken at the end of the second day
