Ongoing Support

After Project and/ or Programme Management structure is set and staff are trained, we will provide ongoing support as your organisation adapts to this new way of working. We do that through mentoring and coaching.

Mentoring

Mentoring is used, specifically and separately, as a form of long-term bespoke development for an individual, which brings benefits to an organisation. We mentor individuals or teams in the areas of project and programme management, including risk, change and interpersonal skills. We can also develop mentoring programmes by defining objectives and identifying and developing potential mentors in your organisation.

Whereas mentoring is a long-term strategy for talent development, coaching is short-term intervention which is targeted at individuals to develop or enhance specific competencies in individuals or teams

Coaching

Coaching can be defined as an effort to develop a person’s skills and knowledge so that their job performance improves, which may lead to the achievement of organisational objectives. It targets high performance and improvement at work, although it may also have an impact on an individual’s private life. It usually lasts for a short period and focuses on specific skills and goals.
