Training
We are experts in providing classroom training to support the rollout of project and programme methodologies. Our courses are created to gather the varying needs of different levels of staff and management through to the board of directors and stakeholders who are impacted but not managing any projects or programmes, and they are developed using accelerated learning techniques.

Pre-course preparation is of utmost importance when attending an intensive exam-based course – we make sure that, at any time before the course, delegates have e-mail access to one of our trainers who can answer questions and keep preparation on track.
Post-course support consists of downloadable documentation and worked examples, e-mail advice from technical experts, frequently asked questions and document review services.
