  Recognising that you have a commitment to deliver support to your staff to enable them to do their jobs, this package addresses the essential elements of a training programme. Working with you, we undertake a scaled Training Needs Analysis of your team, department or organisation. This can range from simple reviews of job roles, to telephone interviews and ultimately face-to-face meetings. Once this has been signed-off by you, we deliver the training in pre-defined courses to a schedule that matches your business needs and capacity.

  This package is highly effective and a fast response to delivering a successful and speedy response to your training needs. The complete process can be delivered from start to finish in less than two weeks.

  Our Progressive package includes training needs analysis + development of bespoke courses + training delivery

  Many organisations have a solid and established strategy and methodology that they want to embed within the staff. They do not want to compromise on branding, corporate message or ethics and neither should they have to. Their needs lie in how to communicate these core values and technical skills to their workforce without dilution and this is where the Progressive package comes into effect.

  As with the Essential package, we undertake a scaled Training Needs Analysis with the staff identified to benefit from this programme of training. In parallel with this exercise, our Bespoke Team start the process of adapting Best Practice methodologies with your established or new message. Combining both work streams, we then deliver a pilot course to ensure content and context are to your precise requirements.

  Once we have gained total agreement on the final course, we then roll out the training to the timeframes established at the start of the contract. The benefit of this service is a rapid but tailored response to your specific needs, allowing for total ownership of the finished materials in your own branding and style. Depending on the extent of the tailoring, we can deliver this whole service within a 4-6 week period.

  Our Comprehensive package includes training needs analysis + development of bespoke courses + training delivery + follow-up

  Users of this service have usually been through our Progressive service and have been delighted with the outcome. In fact, they have been so delighted that they have wanted to measure the impact and absorption on the training delivered. Because measurement of training effectiveness is hard to achieve in isolation, we have included these reviews in our Comprehensive package. By working with the Bespoke Team, we can actually set up the measurables at the start of the programme so each delegate through to the CEO can understand what the ultimate aim of the training is there to achieve. Using our Training Clinics and Training Audits, we can passively and pro-actively seek to define the extent to which skills and knowledge are adopted and what areas require further attention.
  
  As with the Progressive package, delivery of the development and training can be accomplished in 4-6 weeks form commissioning. The follow-up activities are then spread over the ensuing 3-12 months so accurate reporting can be developed and assessed.
