We pride ourselves in our ability to develop new training events, or tailor existing ones, to meet our clients’ exact requirements and we are adamant that results from these events can be measured.
Our courses are designed using specifications which may have been produced following a training needs analysis or the implementation of new project and programme methodologies developed by the organisation, third parties (including consultants) or Maven Training.
Maven Training will provide hands-on assistance in developing new strategies, facilitating change, process re-engineering and setting up programmes and projects and providing general support during implementation.
Our approach to design and development of training events is founded on the client-focused principles of support and collaboration. For the duration of a training programme, this approach follows three steps:
