Evaluation
In order to measure the effectiveness of the training, and assess the impact and use of the project management process, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) which benchmark the current state and set targets for the future should be agreed to measure the effectiveness of the training for the organisation, project teams and members and its impact on project and/ or programme performance. We propose tests of knowledge that delegates can undertake at the end of the courses which will measure the transfer of knowledge to give you and your staff some immediate feedback.
