Customer Services opportunity

We have an exciting vacancy in our Customer Services Team for someone who really enjoys being busy, multi-tasking, liaising with colleagues in the office, delegates who arrive for our training courses, trainers and official bodies who provide examinations and materials.

This role is responsible for ensuring that people who book a training event with Maven Training have a fantastic experience from the first phone call that they make, all the way through until they receive their examination results letters and certificates weeks after the course has finished. We are proud of the care and attention that we give to our delegates, always trying to anticipate what people might need, before they have to ask for it.

This role will be split between our administration offices near London Bridge station and our training centre near Liverpool Street Station. To be successful in this role, you need to be interested in people, willing to smile and give excellent levels of customer service at all times.

You will be good at building strong working relationships, and are an active problem solver. If you like to be told what to do at every step of your day, then this is not the role for you. We are interested in people who can take on lots of responsibility, improve the processes that they are using, and devise new ways of improving what we do, how we do it and when we do it.

You will be responsible for taking bookings, explaining the different training courses to our potential clients (lots of training will be provided to bring you up to speed on what we offer) and booking the examinations and ordering the training materials from our printing suppliers.

You will have an organised approach to your work, because you will be managing lots of paper for bookings, requests for exams, results letters, certificates etc and you will need to know what you have sent to whom and when at any point in your day.

You will be joining a great team of people, who are passionate about what they do and are proud of the service they provide. We get lots of compliments from our clients about our excellent service and you will become an integral part of this high performing team very quickly.
