This course provides Delegates with a broad introduction to the role of the Business Analyst, how they fit in the organisation, the skills required and techniques needed. Delegates will develop key skills to effectively contribute to Business Change Projects. The course will focus on the responsibilities of the Business Analyst, how they source information for process improvements and how this links to the origination of the projects that deliver these improvements.
