APMP Training with Prior Learning

APM has introduced a new route to APMP for PRINCE2® Registered Practitioners. The course focuses on the topics not available in the PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification including budgeting and cost management, conflict management, communication, earned value management, leadership, negotiation, procurement, sponsorship and teamwork.

The exam is taken on the last day and recognises prior learning for current PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner as it provides exemption from 12 topics in the APMP syllabus already covered in the PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification.
