Bank Holiday MSP® Foundation & Practitioner
Course Description
If you find it difficult to take 5 consecutive days out of the office, want to take advantage of the Bank Holiday weeks and want to benefit from an extra day to absorb MSP then this course is for you! And all at the same price as the 5 day standard course.
This course runs over two consecutive weeks, with the Foundation exam on the third day of the first week, and the Practitioner exam on the third day of the second week.
In this course we focus on equipping you with a comprehensive knowledge of the MSP method with emphasis throughout on how MSP® helps ensure that the benefits which must be delivered by the programme are realised, the importance of engaging stakeholders effectively, how risk is managed and quality maintained. We will give you extensive practice in using MSP® techniques, provide advice on examination techniques and give you ample time to practise on sample Practitioner sample papers.
Who should attend
- You are or soon will be required to manage programmes in your organisation.
- You are (or will soon be) required to participate in major initiatives using the method that will result in significant change within your organisation
You will take up a senior management role (typical titles ‘Programme Manager’, ‘Change Manager’) at some stage in the future and wish to gain an indepth understanding of how the method works.
- You wish to pass the Foundation and Practitioner examinations.
