M_o_R® Foundation Course

This risk management course you will show you how to measure, assess  and manage risk. It will help you manage the risk by avoiding it, transferring it and reducing the impact of the risk.

Management of Risk (M_o_R) has a series of well defined steps that will enable any organisation to make cost effective use of a risk process. It will demonstrate how to support better decision making through a good understanding of risks and their likely impact.

In this management of risk course we focus on equipping you with a comprehensive knowledge of the MoR^® method showing how the principles support governance, how the principles and process can be used to support risk management training in your organisation, how threats and opportunities can be identified at strategic, programme, project and operational levels and how the principal risk documents are used.

You will take the Foundation examination on the last day.
