The purpose of this course is to help those responsible for delivering a change into their working environment by equipping them with the skills, techniques and practical tips to move the change from an idea to becoming part of business as usual.

This course has been designed for those who are responsible for ensuring that the teams that report to them are making the changes into their working practices, providing a practical, step by step approach to making change happen.  It examines how to resource the change activities, how to clearly specify the scope of the work and how to empower individuals to make the change happen.

Each of the steps in this course are supported by a change toolkit that includes example templates, checklists and task lists to ensure that what is covered can be easily and quickly applied to the changes.
