MoP™ is a set of processes and decisions that controls projects, programmes and change initiatives at a strategic level across the whole organisation. It aligns the scope and objectives of individual projects and programmes to strategy and goals of the organisation.
This MoP course gives you a detailed explanation of all the steps needed to define and deliver a portfolio of initiatives. It examines the principles of best practice that an organisation needs for successful portfolio management. MoP contains a number of techniques to categorise and prioritise the initiatives, and a framework for managing their delivery including benefits, risk and resource management processes.
