This is an intensive 3-day course, which includes the Management of Portfolio Foundation examination on the final day.
This MoP course gives you a detailed explanation of all the steps needed to define and deliver a portfolio of initiatives. It examines the principles of best practice that an organisation needs for successful portfolio management. MoP contains a number of techniques to categorise and prioritise the initiatives, and a framework for managing their delivery including benefits, risk and resource management processes.
