Negotiation Skills and Conflict Management Course

The ability to facilitate positive negotiations and manage conflict is therefore of high importance to the long term success of any project or programme and to the relationships of all concerned. This course will empower all those who have to undertake the negotiating process to develop productive relationships and create win/win outcomes or deal with conflict situations. Learners will leave the course having completed a plan for negotiation and have taken part in several negotiations using specially created case studies. The trainer will act as coach and facilitator throughout the course ensuring that the content is understood and applied effectively.
