Planning Change Course

This training event provides learners with a structure for planning the changes that they are involved in as a manager of the change or as someone responsible for changing their working environment. This course enables learners to understand the strategic context of their change and identify at what level of detail they need to plan.  

This is a highly participatory event where the facilitator provides brief training sessions followed by practice sessions on each of the techniques explained in the course materials.
