Project Brief Workshop

This training event provides learners with an opportunity to practice the techniques needed to generate the typical contents of a project brief. The workshop is for those project managers, programme managers and project team members who are involved in project brief preparation, and have an example project that they would like to address as part of the course.

This is a highly participatory event where the facilitator provides brief training sessions followed by practice sessions on each of the techniques explained in the course materials. The outcome of this workshop is completion of first drafts of a project brief for each of the learners that has been reviewed by the facilitator and other members of the group.
