Stakeholder Engagement

This course provides learners with high strength best practice approaches, techniques and skills to effectively engage those who influence, have an interest in or are impacted by change situations in their organisation. Using the ‘wheel of engagement’ principle we will show you how to engage with stakeholders and turn stakeholder engagement into a ‘can-do’ discipline and in turn improve the chance of success and quality of outcomes of changes. You will be equipped with new ways of thinking and tools for immediate use outside the training room and these will allow you to create effective and efficient strategies and plans to address the needs of each stakeholder whether delivered through projects, programmes or change control in business operations.

We will show you that effective stakeholder engagement, beginning early in identification and definition phases of a change, and maintained throughout, will support the realisation of your change vision or objectives. Presentation elements of the course are enhanced with numerous hands-on activities and exercises utilising a fictitious, but realistic scenario.
