By Road: From the A1

Exit at Junction 65 onto the A1 and continue for about five miles
Take the A184 signposted to Gateshead/Newcastle
Stay in the outside lane and take the flyover over the first roundabout
Take the first left off the bridge and turn left at the roundabout
Go under the bridge and continue straight ahead at the lights
Follow the road around towards Quayside and go straight ahead at the next junction
Turn right at the next roundabout under the Tyne Bridge
Go straight on at the traffic lights and right just after the next set of lights
The Regus centre is on the right

Parking is available in St. Ann's car park, adjacent to Rotterdam House

From the Airport:

Regus Newcastle is a 12 minute drive from Newcastle International Airport
Follow the A696 to Newcastle and turn on to the A1 Southbound

Alternatively, take the metro to the Central Station and catch a bus or taxi

Public Transport:

Regus Newcastle is a short walk from local bus routes, a five nimute walk from Manors Metro Station and a five minute walk from Newcastle Central Railway Station
