Maven Training was set up specifically to provide training in the PRINCE2™ methodology however over the last few years our course offering has grown to include Managing Successful Programmes and non-accredited project and programme management courses. We still ensure our trainers are experienced project and programme managers and we regularly undertake consultancy assignments for our corporate client base, this ensures that we are up to date users of project and programme management methodologies and techniques, as well as teachers in the specifics of project and programme methods.

Accredited Training Provider

Dedicated to quality training we are accredited by the APM Group, this allows us to hold accredited courses and use our own comprehensive set of materials in helping you to achieve your training goals.

As an Accredited Training Organisation, the PRINCE2™ and MSP™ examination board - the APM Group Limited - has audited our trainers, training materials and internal operations and procedures. Reviews are held regularly to ensure everything is up to date, and only Accredited Training Organisations are permitted to hold the examination based courses - although other training companies can offer PRINCE2™ and MSP™ courses they cannot include the exams as part of the course.

Course Materials

Being dedicated to a high quality standard, we regularly review our accredited materials and update them to ensure they reflect both changes and updates in the exams, and any changes in the syllabus.

Bespoke material development is also available; many of our trainers are content specialists and write a number of our client courses.

Track Record

Pass rates are such an important consideration when booking an examination based course. Our pass rates for exam-based courses are extremely high; this is testament to our quality approach to the course. We are keen that you leave the course with both an examination pass and a working understanding of the method. Therefore, as well as the standard course materials and presentation, there are plenty of exercises and examples to bring the methods alive.

Online Resources

If you are a registered PRINCE2™ Foundation or Practitioner delegate you will be provided with access to the online PRINCE2™ delegate centre which provides pre-course quizzes to test your knowledge as well as templates and worked examples to help you to run your project using PRINCE2™.

Free resources are available on our website including PRINCE2™ and MSP™ Templates. As we develop new resources project and programme managers find helpful we will add these to our website.

Centrally located, our London Training Centre is just a one minute walk from Liverpool Street Station in the city.

As a training provider we understand the specific requirements expected of a training venue. All our training rooms benefit from natural light, sound proofing and plenty of space. We have worked hard to provide the best possible service, allowing delegates to focus on the learning at hand.
