Change Management Training
Change is an unstoppable force that is all around us and is happening all the time. Organisations need to adapt in order to respond to changes in their environment, which are driven by customer demand, advances in technology or the requirements of new legislation, to name just a few of the reasons.
Maven is a Change Management Accredited Training Organisation (ATO). APMG's accreditation process means that Maven has been assessed in its ability to provide high-quality Change Management training material and to organise and deliver high-quality training courses. All ATOs and Approved Trainers are formally reassessed on a three-yearly cycle as well as being subject to ad-hoc monitoring by APMG.
