Change Mangement Practitioner Consolidation

The Change Management Practitioner Consolidation Course will focus on helping delegates review and expand on their knowledge of Change Management models, tools and techniques. Delegates attending this course need to have passed the Change Management Foundation Exam (formally known as 'Principles of Change Management'). The successful completion of the Practitioner Exam will give the delegate a recognised APMG qualification.
