Understanding Change Management Training
This course provides an opportunity to gain an understanding of change management and how to provide leadership to staff in an environment of fast moving change and development. Change management is a critical skill and this workshop has been designed to look at the fundamental challenges in getting people to change their patterns of behaviour and working practices and adopt the new methods that result from the implementation change.
