Recognising that we need a little help in the current economic climate, come along to our Free Workshops. You will hear the latest thoughts from industy leading practitioners on project and programme methodologies, change and risk management Capability building as well as the importance of interpersonal skills.
We will be running sessions on Project Management (PRINCE2,APMIC, APMP), Programme Management (MSP,P30, M_o_R) and Change Management, and Capability Building giving you an exclusive opportunity to find out about each course and what it can offer you or your organisation. The Workshops will also give you a feel for Maven Training's services, venues, trainers and our approach to training. Light refreshments will be offered throughout the day and you will be given the chance to network with trainers and fellow peers. The next one will be on the 15th October and we will be running three separate sessions on Project Management, Programme Management and Change Management.
