Programme Management Free Briefing

Providing clarity to the complex world of Programme Management, this briefing explains the different qualifications available to support programme managers and staff that support programmes and projects including risk management specialists. Specifically the briefing will explain Managing Successful Programmes (MSP™), Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) and Management of Risk (MoR®) and how they relate to one another.

This is a free briefing, running for approximately an hour and a half. Light refreshments will be available before and after the briefing and you will have a chance to review the course materials used when training each of the qualifications.

This briefing is eligible for continued professional development units and an attendance certificate can be provided for submission to your association.
