M_o_R® Foundation and Practitioner Course

The M_o_R Foundation and Practitioner course will focus on equipping the delegate with a detailed knowledge of the M_o_R method including the twelve principles, the four main process groups and the core techniques essential to managing risks using the M_o_R guidance. The successful completion of the Foundation & Practitioner Exam will give the delegate a recognised Practitioner qualification.

This course lays a firm grounding for the delegate to apply the M_o_R guidance to strategy, programmes, projects and operations in the work place and is aimed at organisations and individuals who need a practical approach to Managing Risks using the M_o_R method, Managers and Support Staff who need a detailed understanding of various aspects the management of risk and the key management documents that should be created and wish to gain accreditation to the M_o_R Foundation level.
