M_o_R® Foundation Course

This is an examination-based course, which gives delegates an accreditation to the Management of Risk (M_o_R) at Foundation level. The course provides is aimed at organisations and individuals who need an overview of a practical approach to Managing Risks using the M_o_R method, Managers and Support Staff who need an understanding of various aspects the management of risk and want to find out more about the M_o_R Foundation and Practitioner qualifications and it provides delegates with a detailed knowledge of the M_o_R principles, processes and techniques for identifying, assessing, planning for and managing risks.

The course helps delegates understand the benefits of managing risks from Strategic, Programme, Project and Operational perspectives.
