There are three levels of qualification:
Foundation MSP Course
Designed to test basic knowledge of programme management terminology, principles and processes
- Multiple-choice
- Forty minutes duration
- 50 questions
- Closed-book.
Practitioner MSP Course
Demonstrates ability to practically apply this knowledge to programme situations
- Objective testing
- Two-and-a-half hours duration
- 9 questions
- 180 marks available
- Open-book.
MSP Advanced Practitioner Course
Demonstrates ability to undertake practical work in a supportive training environment
- Essay based
- Two-and-a-half hours duration
- 3 questions
- 75 marks available
- Open-book.
