MSP Advanced Practitioner Course

This is an examination-based course, which gives delegates accreditation to MSP Advanced Practitioner level. It is a companion course to the Foundation and Practitioner course. The course concentrates on the application of previously acquired MSP™ knowledge.

It uses a detailed case study and scenarios to provide delegates with exercises and practical activities to demonstrate their knowledge and is aimed at Programme Managers, experienced Project Managers, and Senior Business Managers from all disciplines who are working at a strategic level to deliver change and Senior Programme Support Team Members who prepare programme documentation and are familiar with the roles and responsibilities associated with Programme Management.

Delegates must successfully complete before attending this event.
