MSP Foundation Course
This is an examination-based course, which gives delegates accreditation to MSP Foundation level. The course is aimed at Programme Managers, experienced Project Managers, and Senior Business Managers from any discipline working at a strategic level to deliver change, Programme Support Team Members, who have observed the kind of organisational and culture change that programmes bring and Project Managers keen to develop their skills and identify opportunities for further career advancement.
This course equips Delegates with a detailed knowledge and structure of the MSP® method including the documentation to be produced during a full programme lifecycle.
The course will also focus upon ensuring that benefits are realised and buy-in from Stakeholders is planned and managed.
