This is a specific event to prepare delegates for the MSP™ Practitioner Examination. Delegates attending this event must have attended the MSP™ Foundation course which was based upon the 2003 or 2007 version of the MSP™ manual.

This course is aimed at Programme Managers, experienced Project Managers, and Senior Business Managers from any discipline working at a Strategic Level to deliver change as well as Programme Support Team Members, who have observed the kind of organisational and culture change that programmes bring
