This course presents the use of PRINCE2® from a Senior Management Perspective and emphasis is given to the identification of control and decision points throughout the Project Lifecycle. This event is aimed at Project Sponsors, Senior Managers impacted by the implementation of projects, or required to participate and provide resources to projects, Consultants and Advisers responsible for delivering Strategic Change within organisations via projects and programmes and at those interested in the governance of projects and other initiatives reliant upon the buy-in and commitment of Senior Management across an organisation.
