PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner

The PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner course is aimed at those who need a controlled approach to managing projects, a better understanding of the lifecycle of projects and at those pursuing the PRINCE2® Practitioner Level qualification. The course will focus on providing delegates with a detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2® method including processes,  components and techniques central to running a project using the PRINCE2® method.

The successful completion of the Foundation & Practitioner Exam will give the delegate a recognised Practitioner qualification. This course lays a firm grounding for the delegate to apply the PRINCE2® method to projects in the work place.
