Project Recovery Training

If your answer is yes, then this course is for you!  This practical course, with many opportunities for delegates to inject their own experience from their own projects into a range of group exercise, will draw on the application of practices embedded in project management methodologies and bodies of knowledge to enable delegates to diagnose the causes of a project failing and decide whether it can be recovered.
