Using a simple 6-step approach we will show you how to ‘demystify’ stakeholder engagement and turn it into a ‘can-do’ discipline and, in turn, improve the chance of success. Presentation elements of the course are enhanced with numerous activities and exercises utilising a fictitious, but realistic scenario.
