The Maven Training Skills Academy

The Maven Training Skills Academy TM offers a comprehensive range of courses specifically developed to equip delegates with the knowledge and techniques to achieve excellence in interpersonal skills in a project, programme and change environment. Courses are in a modular form, designed to address key areas of development allowing delegates to undertake courses only in the areas in which they require additional support without having to sign up to courses in subjects they are already skilled in.

These courses are designed to be highly participative, focusing on providing delegates with an understanding of recognising particular patterns of behaviour. We create the conditions for delegates to assess their own experiences and perceptions and to experiment with different approaches in a constructive environment. Training methods include self analysis, group discussions, role plays and active learning techniques. All courses have a strong personal development ethos and time is provided for delegates to develop a personal action plan to be applied in the workplace.

Included in the course are the assumptions made by methodologies like PRINCE2™, MSP™ and M_o_R® regarding the experience and skills of those undertaking key roles in projects and programmes.
