Understand how to translate an outline of transformational change into a clear vision of what the change will achieve

Define the processes, roles, systems and performance measures that will need to change to successfully deliver this vision

Review the psychological impact of change and how different people react including how people learn and absorb information about the business transformation.

Participants will define their role as Change Managers and their responsibilities for defining and planning the change activities and building participation with all those impacted by the change
