Understand the different emotions that individuals experience when confronted with change – reviewing the Transition Curve, and the propensity of individuals to adopt changes at different times

Review how the different preferences that we each have for learning new things and taking in information and adapt this knowledge to the change initiative, to increase your own level of participation and involvement
