Maven Training Free Briefing Day
Welcome to Maven Training's free Briefing day.After its brilliant success on the 06th June, the next one will be on the 22nd August. We will be running three separate sessions on PRINCE2, MSP and Change Management giving you an exclusive opportunity to find out about each course and what it can offer you or your organisation!
The briefing will also give you a feel for Maven Training's services, venues, trainers and our approach to training. There is a limited capacity so make sure you book as early as possible.

Free PRINCE2™ Briefing
The PRINCE2™ briefing starts at 10am, runs an hour and a half and is aimed at telling you more about the PRINCE2™ methodology, emphasising the value to both you as an individual and the organisation as a whole.
Free MSP™ Briefing
The MSP™ briefing starts at 12:00pm, runs an hour and a half and is concentrated on explaining the importance of programmes and how they link into the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Free Change Management Briefing
The Change Management briefing starts at 2:00pm, runs an hour and a half and is concentrated on the impact changes have on the people involved and on the types of tools and approaches available to managers
