Change Readiness Assessment 

You need to know how well your organisation has dealt with change in the past. How prepared the organisation and the people in it are now and what you need to do to be ready for the transformed organisation.

Maven will:

• conduct an assessment to give you a baseline showing how good your organisation is at managing change

• identify the steps you need to take to make it ready for this change – and for  the new ‘business as usual’

This enables you to:

• plan your strategy for making a successful transformation
• communicate it to those who will manage it and those who will be responsible for delivering the benefits
• predict and anticipate any resistance
• monitor and control it

Project, Programme and Portfolio Maturity Assessment

You need to know what controls exist to manage projects and programmes  and how widespread this control is.

You need to know how strong the foundation is for successful project delivery in your organisation  and assess where the initiative fits into current ‘business as usual’ and understand how good you are at identifying and managing projects. 

You need to know how good you are at managing groups of thematically linked projects as coherent programmes.

Maven will:

• assess the current capability for project management across the organisation including:
• existence and breadth of adoption of processes for identifying and managing the total project effort across the organisation
• strategic alignment of the current and planned project activity

• existence and breadth of adoption of processes for defining, managing and implementing projects

This enables you to:

• Implement targeted improvements in project management that will lead more effective implementation of change
