This event is aimed at giving anyone with an interest in the PRINCE2™ project management method a short but thorough introduction to the subject. You may already be working in an environment where projects run but have no formal role within projects. Whatever your situation this course assumes no prior knowledge, or indeed experience, of projects or project management methods.
Having completed the course you will be able to understand the language of PRINCE2™ as used by others. You will also take away from the course some practical ‘techniques’ you can apply to your own work whether within a formal project or not.
