Project management has matured over the last ten years and is now recognised as a mainstream management discipline. Anyone who is involved in managing projects can see it is an exciting time as the remit for project management changes into one for portfolio management.

The way in which we develop as individuals and how we help our organisations to mature in project management is changing.
