Principles of Change Management

The Principles of Change Management course is designed for delegates to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges of change management, why change happens, how it happens and what needs to be done in order to overcome resistance to change. Delegates will be able to undertake the first 4 day Principles of Change Management course held on 25th - 28th of June, 2007 at the Maven Training Centre.

This course is accredited by the APM Group, with the successful completion of the examination based qualification leading to the Certificate in Principles of Change Management.
