PRINCE2™ is an exam based qualification composed of two levels: Foundation and Practitioner. The PRINCE2™ Foundation course will focus on equipping the Delegate with a detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2™ methodology including the eight processes, eight components and three techniques central to running a project using the PRINCE2™ method. The successful completion of the Foundation Exam will give the Delegate a recognised Foundation qualification |

Introduction · Defining a project and the basic components making a up a project · Identify common project problems and how PRINCE2™ can be used to overcome these PRINCE2™ Process Model · An overview of the 8 processes which form the foundation of the PRINCE2™ methodology · How processes are used in the lifecycle of a project Components · An overview of the 8 components of the PRINCE2™ method and how each component supports Project, Risk and Quality Management Techniques · A description of Product Based Planning, Quality Review and Change Control Exam Preparation · Review of exam questions, mapped against key areas of the PRINCE2™ manual · How to approach the exam · Mock exam practice marked and feedback given by the trainer |

Course Structure |
· 3 day course, suggested 15 hours of pre-course preparation · 1 hour multiple choice, closed book Foundation Exam on the third day · Evening work based on exercises set and marked by the trainer will amount to an hour every evening · Delegates are encouraged to complete evening work to ensure the best chance of an exam pass |
