Maven Training's quality approach to training delivery and material development has received the stamp of approval under the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management Standard.
The Maven Training team are delighted to be recognised under this international quality standard, it is just reward for their hard work and commitment to working with procedures that ensure delivery of the best possible service to customers.
ISO9001: 2000 Assessor Robin Nicholls of BVQI said "Maven Training's quality management system is well designed and implemented" adding "in fact it is one of the best I have seen!" Robin commented further that Maven Training is a truly customer orientated service provider with an outstanding approach to quality management.
