This is a specific event to prepare for the MSP™ Practitioner Examination. Delegates attending this event must have attended the MSP™ Foundation course and may have already attended the MSP™ Intermediate course which was based upon the 2003 version of the MS™P manual.

Course Content |

· How programmes come about
· Identifying the outline of what the programme is to deliver
· Defining in detail what the programme is to deliver and determining whether it is worthwhile
· Managing the programme including ensuring benefits, realisation, effective and appropriate
· Stakeholder Management, handling issues and managing risks across the programme
· Ensuring that the programme remains worthwhile and aligned to strategic objectives
· Delivering the required outcomes to the required quality
· Programme reviews and audit
· Practical Application Exercises including an opportunity to work in small teams
· An integrated pack of sample examination questions
· An opportunity to experience time management for the Practitioner examinations and trainer feedback on the results of the sample papers
