Benefits Management Strategy

The MSP™ Benefits Management Strategy (BMS) is a delivery framework for achieving the programmes strategic objectives (defined in the Vision Statement).

It describes how the programme will identify, monitor, deliver and realise the expected benefits. The BMS establishes structures, roles and responsibilities so as to establish ownership and management commitment. It is also used to monitor the delivery of business benefits throughout the programme.
