Programme Definition Blue Print
The Blueprint is an element of the MSP™ Programme Definition and is used to maintain focus on the required transformation and business change. The key drivers to the Blueprint are the benefits and outcomes required by the organisation.
The Blueprint describes the capabilities of the transformed organisation in its “future state”. This includes information on the organisation’s working practices and processes, the information it requires and the technology and infrastructure that will be needed to deliver the capability described in the Vision Statement when applying the MSP™ methodology.
