Programme Office Function
To manage and control the large volume of information that a programme generates, an MSP™ Programme Office should be established.
All information, communication and monitoring and control activities for the programme are co-ordinated through the MSP™ Programme Office which may be dedicated to support a single programme or a number of programmes that are being run in an organisation.
